Wii Bowling TournamentSeptember 4 2010, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wii Bowling tournament for the High Desert. Barstow Senior Center with Revolutions Entertainment Center will be promoting A Wii Video tournament on Saturday September 4, 2010. Proceeds will go to the Barstow Senior Center Meals on Wheels. $6.00 entrée fee 50% prize money. Age groups: 18 – 49 50 and up. Randomly selected brackets with winner advancement to final. Team competition of 4 played same day. Sign ups are being taken now. Do you have questions about Catholic beliefs? Or have you not received all the Sacraments of Initiation-Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist? If you answered yes to anyone of these questions, then RCIA is the place to be. The RCIA is for those who are unbaptized, for those baptized in another Christian faith tradition who wishes to be confirmed in the Catholic faith and for those who may have been baptized in the Catholic Church but have had no continuing education or sacramental formation. The occasion marks the ninth anniversary of the tragic September 11 World Trade Center attack in NYC. The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. in the college amphitheater with an invocation by Lt. Allen Presser, U.S. Marine Corps chaplain. Dr. Thom Armstrong, president of BCC, will give the welcome followed by remarks from Dr. Ted Baca, president of the Board of Trustees.
